These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.yomojo.co.uk (referred to as the “website”). By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Yomojo without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion.

Payment Terms and Sales Taxes

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept most major credit cards for purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. All applicable sales taxes are included in the purchase price for any products purchased. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current delivery policies, as described below.

Delivery Policy and Pricing

UK: Yomojo offers a standard delivery on orders for £2.99. Free delivery is available on orders of £30 or more. Delivery is via Royal Mail. If the products are in stock your order will be sent the next working day otherwise orders are usually shipped within 3 to 4 days.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.

If for some reason your order is not to your satisfaction please get in touch with us and we will do our best to make you happy.

Yomojo is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information we collect from you will only be used in accordance with this policy.

Our payment processors may also collect credit or debit card information should you choose to pay for an order this way. Yomojo does not collect or store any payment information on our site. Instead, our store is hosted on shoprocket. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through shoprocket’s data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
